Born on February 1, 1971, in Republic of Moldova.

Graduated from the ''Ilia Repin" Art School in Chisinau and the State Institute of Arts.
Full member of UAP from Moldova.
In 2015, Vasile Sitari was awarded the honorary title “Master of Art” and in with the badge of honor “Emerita for Polish culture”.

Award winner at Biennales and international exhibitions. Participant in multiple exhibitions with republican and international status, with relevant exhibitions in Moldova, Romania, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland, Belgium.

Has works in private collections in over 25 countries and public collections in museums of Moldova, Romania and Russia.
